Job Description

FEA India is looking for enthusiastic freshers who are passionate about serving society through education and helping students improve their living standards. FEA India has been working in the field of education and employability for the last 26 years and is currently operating across 11 states in India.

Job Role: Teacher

Location: Rural areas of Karnal, Haryana

Key Responsibilities:

Teach and mentor students aged 18 years and above
Conduct employability and communication skills sessions
Support students in improving their confidence, spoken English, and job readiness skills
Maintain student attendance and learning records
Conduct counselling and follow-up with students when required
Participate in community outreach and student mobilization activities

Working Hours:
11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (8 hours)

Salary:
In-hand salary: Rs. 14,300 per month
