We are looking for an Experienced Silai Master who can train and guide karigars, maintain stitching quality, and ensure production work runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Karigars ko stitching techniques aur finishing ki training dena.
New workers ko machine handling aur production process sikhana.
Garments ki stitching quality check karna.
Cutting ke according perfect fitting aur finishing ensure karna.
Daily production target achieve karwane mein team ko guide karna.
Stitching mistakes identify karke improve karwana.
Team ke saath coordinate karke smooth production maintain karna.

Requirements:

Silai Master ke role mein 3–8 years ka experience preferred.
Different types of garments ki stitching ka knowledge.
Karigars ko train aur manage karne ki ability.
Industrial sewing machines ka experience.
Quality aur finishing par strong focus.
Responsible, disciplined aur team player.
