Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver well-structured and engaging Social Science lessons as per the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board, as applicable).

• Plan and implement effective classroom strategies to foster critical thinking and discussion on historical, political, and social topics.

• Prepare students for board examinations through rigorous academic instruction and regular assessments.

• Create lesson plans, assignments, and evaluation tools that cater to diverse learning needs.

• Integrate technology and current events to make lessons interactive and contextually relevant.

• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging student participation and inquiry.

• Participate actively in school activities, parent-teacher meetings, and academic planning sessions.

• Keep records of student progress and provide timely feedback.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Postgraduate degree (M.A.) in History, Political Science, Geography, or any related Social Science subject.

• B.Ed. degree (as per CBSE/ICSE norms) is mandatory.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience teaching Social Science at the senior secondary level preferred. Passionate freshers may also apply.

• Familiarity with board exam formats and marking schemes is an advantage
