Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs. The candidate should be patient, understanding, and capable of creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized educational support to students.

• Identify students' learning needs and prepare suitable learning strategies.

• Work closely with teachers and parents to support student development.

• Monitor and document students' academic and overall progress.

• Adapt teaching methods and learning materials according to individual needs.

• Help students develop academic, social, communication, and life skills.

• Participate in school activities and student-support programmes.

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Special Education or a related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience as a Special Educator will be preferred.

• Patient, empathetic, and responsible approach towards students.

• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents.
