Soft Skills Trainer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver soft skills training as per DDU-GKY guidelines (communication, grooming, workplace etiquette, time management).

• Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and confidence-building sessions.

• Maintain training records, assessments, and compliance reports.

• Support trainees in overall personality development and job readiness.

• Coordinate with placement teams for candidate preparedness.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication & presentation skills

• Experience in skill development projects (DDU-GKY/PMKVY preferred)

• Proficient in Hindi & English

• Basic MS Office knowledge

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
