JOB DESCRIPTION : TRAINING EXECUTIVE ( HOUSEKEEPING)- FEMALE
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Training Executive (Housekeeping) to lead and manage training initiatives within our Housekeeping Department. This role involves developing and delivering effective training programs, ensuring adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards, enhancing staff performance, and maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction through consistent service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver training modules for new hires and existing housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular training sessions for different Sites.
• Monitor housekeeping performance and identify training needs.
• Ensure Clients safety, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training with operational goals.
• Maintain training records and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping or training roles.
• Good communication skills.
