Job Summary:
We are hiring a Soft Services Trainer with 0-3 years of experience in training hospitality and facility staff. The candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training modules for housekeeping, front office, and other service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct induction & refresher trainings

• Train staff across multiple service verticals

• Ensure SOP compliance & service quality

• Maintain training records & reports
