Soft Skills Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Java Full Stack Trainer to join our team to deliver high-quality training in front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Full stack JAVA or equivalent and capable of mentoring students, professionals, or corporate trainees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver Full Stack Development training programs (online/offline).

• Teach key technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Java, hibernate, Springboot, J-Unit,  Express.js, MongoDB / MySQL.

• Guide learners on version control systems like Git & GitHub.

• Deliver hands-on coding sessions and real-world project guidance.

• Conduct assessments, quizzes, and coding challenges.

• Provide mentorship and technical support to students.

• Customize training modules based on audience skill levels.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools.

• Prepare and review training materials, documentation, and assignments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer and/or Trainer.

• Strong command over front-end and back-end technologies.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, database integration, and deployment.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in training or mentoring.

• Certifications in Full Stack Development or relevant technologies.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
