Key Responsibilities

🧠 Soft Skills & Employability Training

• Design and deliver interactive sessions on:

  • Confidence building, professional communication, public speaking

  • Workplace behavior, team collaboration, leadership, and presentation skills

  • Time management, problem-solving, and personal goal setting

• Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and role plays to simulate real workplace scenarios

• Help students develop their resumes, prepare for interviews, and craft professional introductions

💻 Digital & IT Skills (Basic)

• Train students in workplace-relevant digital skills:

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Email writing and digital communication

  • Internet search, online form-filling, and job portal use

🤝 Student Mentorship & Motivation

• Offer 1:1 mentorship to help students overcome communication barriers, hesitation, or self-doubt

• Build a culture of ownership, discipline, and growth mindset in the classroom

• Inspire students to take initiative, ask questions, and represent themselves professionally

🗂️ Collaboration with Admin & Placement Teams

• Work closely with the admin and placement team to:

  • Align training with placement requirements

  • Coordinate sessions and follow-ups post-placement

  • Track student performance and share feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in English, Education, Social Work, Psychology, IT, or a relevant field

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in soft skills or communication training (preferably in CSR, NSDC, PMKVY, or community-based skill programs)

• Strong classroom presence with excellent facilitation, speaking, and engagement skills

• Comfortable using creative, activity-based teaching methods and handling diverse learner groups

• Well-versed with MS Office, email tools, and digital literacy fundamentals

• High level of empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity

• Passionate about empowering rural/first-generation youth through education and career readiness
