We are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer to join our team at Samskruthi School. The position requires creating design lesson plans and helping students meet their educational and academic goals. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000.
Soft Skill Core Roles and Responsibilities
• Curriculum Design: Create age-appropriate lesson plans, activity modules, and presentations focusing on public speaking, teamwork, and time management.
• Interactive Facilitation: Host engaging workshops, role-plays, group discussions, and mock interviews rather than traditional lecturing.
• Behavioral Coaching: Observe student interactions, identify social or communication gaps, and provide constructive, empathetic feedback.
• Placement Readiness: Train college students on corporate etiquette, group discussion tactics, resume writing, and professional networking.
• Emotional Intelligence Building: Foster self-awareness, empathy, conflict resolution, and stress management among growing students.
• Progress Assessment: Track student improvement using participation metrics, routine evaluations, and feedback forms to measure long-term behavioral growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide subject-focused tutoring sessions.
Track student progress and share updates regularly.
Motivate students with constructive feedback.
Train students in study and exam skills.
Help students prepare for tests and exams effectively.
Encourage group discussions and collaborative learning.
Foster a safe and encouraging learning environment.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Leadership skills and knowledge of test preparation or special education are very important.
