We are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer to join our team at Care Promise Welfare Society with expertise in one or more academic subjects. In this position, you will create lesson plans and guide students based on their learning needs. The role offers salary on the basis of number of workshops conducted where we are paying the candidate Rs 2000 per workshop. This is a part time opportunity, where the candidate only needs to travel to the designated school and conduct the workshop on the basis of provided content and material in advance. This is a part time job where technically we are paying Rs 2000 for a 1 hour event(workshop). A candidate can conduct as many workshops as preferred and available.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sessions to help students learn and improve in various subjects.
Monitor and report on students' academic progress.
Use positive feedback to motivate students.
Teach effective study habits and prepare students for exams.
Promote an interactive and engaging learning environment.
Ensure a safe and supportive space for students to grow.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 3 years of experience. Strong leadership skills and experience in areas like test preparation & special education are highly desirable.
