JOB DESCRIPTION – TEACHERS REQUIRED

Position Overview:

The teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction aligned with CBSE curriculum standards, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic and personal growth of students.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons as per CBSE guidelines

Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments

Monitor and evaluate student progress through tests and assignments

Maintain classroom discipline and encourage interactive learning

Use modern teaching methodologies and technology in the classroom

Provide academic support and mentorship to students

Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs

Maintain records of attendance, performance, and reports

Subject-Specific Expectations:

Science (PRT/TGT):

Teach basic concepts of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology

Conduct simple experiments and activity-based learning

Physics / Chemistry / Biology (TGT/PGT):

Deliver in-depth subject knowledge with practical applications

Conduct lab sessions and ensure safety standards

Economics (PGT):

Teach micro & macroeconomics concepts

Develop analytical and critical thinking skills in students

Business Studies / Business Development (PGT):

Teach business concepts, management principles, and case studies

Encourage entrepreneurship and practical understanding of business

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant subject

B.Ed. is mandatory

Qualification as per CBSE norms

Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred

Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Subject expertise with conceptual clarity

Classroom management skills

Proficiency in English (mandatory)

Basic computer knowledge
