Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

For Teaching Positions (PET, English, Hindi, Social Science & Computer Science)

• Deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction as per CBSE curriculum guidelines

• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments

• Monitor student progress and maintain academic records

• Encourage active participation and concept-based learning

• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment

• Participate in school events, parent meetings, and co-curricular activities

• Utilize technology and modern teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes

For Student Counselor

• Provide academic, emotional, and behavioral guidance to students

• Support students in personal, social, and educational development

• Conduct counseling sessions and maintain student records

• Work closely with teachers and parents to address student concerns

• Organize wellness, life skills, and career guidance programs

• Promote a positive and inclusive school environment

Skills & Qualifications

Teaching Positions

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in the relevant subject

• B.Ed Mandatory

• Experience in CBSE schools preferred

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Basic computer knowledge and smart board handling skills preferred

Student Counselor

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field

• Relevant counseling experience preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to handle student concerns with empathy and professionalism
