Manage effective parent communication, ensuring timely circulation of notices and updates after management approval.
Oversee transport operations, including route planning, scheduling, ERP updates, and addressing parent queries.
Ensure student safety in school transport and conduct periodic training for drivers on traffic rules and child safety.
Supervise canteen operations, ensuring hygiene standards, food safety, vendor coordination, and regular audits.
Plan and manage administrative arrangements for school events, trips, and overnight programs.
Handle procurement activities (running and CAPEX), inventory management, and distribution as per school requirements.
Manage vendor negotiation and coordination, ensuring competitive pricing, timely delivery, and payment processing.
Supervise housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness of classrooms, washrooms, play areas, and overall campus hygiene.
Maintain stock and procurement of housekeeping and consumable items.
Manage contractual staff including security guards, drivers, maids, and support staff through vendors.
Ensure statutory compliance related to contractual staff through service providers.
Coordinate staffing levels based on school requirements and manage leave schedules of support staff.
Oversee repairs and maintenance of school infrastructure including plumbing, electrical systems, water, diesel, horticulture, and furniture.
Ensure proper upkeep of school assets such as smart boards, LCDs, and manage AMC contracts.
Act as a key liaison between vendors, support staff, and school management to ensure smooth daily operations.
