We are seeking a passionate and experienced School Coordinator with expertise in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and curriculum development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing teaching practices, overseeing academic planning, and ensuring the holistic development of students in line with international early years standards.
Lead and supervise academic operations for the Pre-Primary and Primary sections based on EYFS and other relevant frameworks.
Design, implement, and periodically review a developmentally appropriate curriculum for early learners.
Guide teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and the integration of play-based and inquiry-based learning.
Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and classroom observations to enhance teaching quality.
Collaborate with teachers to ensure individual learning plans for children based on assessments and developmental milestones.
Maintain clear communication with parents regarding curriculum, student progress, and school activities.
Monitor academic and developmental progress of students and initiate timely interventions where needed.
Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and integrate innovations into the school’s academic environment.
Coordinate annual academic calendars, events, and enrichment activities.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education / Education / Child Development or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, including hands-on work with EYFS curriculum and academic leadership.
Strong understanding of child psychology, milestone tracking, and early years pedagogy.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to mentor, guide, and motivate teachers and academic staff.
Familiarity with documentation, assessments, and reporting tools used in early education.
Certified training in EYFS / Montessori / Reggio Emilia / Jolly Phonics or similar early learning programs.
Experience with international school systems or curriculum mapping.
Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of learning management systems and digital teaching tools.
