We are looking for an organized and responsible School Coordinator with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day academic and administrative activities. The candidate will coordinate between teachers, students, parents, and management to ensure the smooth functioning of school operations and maintain a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily academic and administrative activities of the school.
Monitor teacher performance, attendance, and classroom discipline.
Ensure proper implementation of school policies and academic plans.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and school activities.
Organize examinations, events, meetings, and school functions.
Maintain student records, reports, and documentation.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of teaching staff.
Handle student and parent queries professionally.
Assist the Principal in achieving academic and operational goals.
Ensure safety, discipline, and overall smooth functioning of the school.
