We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Center Head to lead our preschool operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring smooth academic and administrative functioning, maintaining high standards of education and safety, and driving admissions through effective parent engagement and marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of the preschool.Manage and mentor teachers and support staff.Ensure adherence to Kidzee curriculum and quality standards.Handle parent communication, counseling, and satisfaction.Plan and execute marketing and admission activities.Maintain records, reports, and ensure compliance with policies.Qualifications:Graduate (preferably in Early Childhood Education or related field).Minimum 2–3 years of experience in preschool management or education sector.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
