Job Title: Center Head –Autumn Leaves Preschool

Location: Padmanabhanagar

Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and passionate Center Head to manage the overall administration and smooth functioning of the preschool. The role includes teaching young children, supervising staff, coordinating with parents, and ensuring the center runs efficiently while maintaining a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall administration and daily operations of the preschool center.

• Work as a preschool teacher, planning and conducting engaging learning activities for children.

• Manage and guide staff, ensuring smooth teamwork and discipline in the center.

• Handle parent counseling, communication, and admissions inquiries professionally.

• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children’s development and center updates.

• Track children's progress and ensure quality learning outcomes.

• Prepare and send regular reports to the owners/management regarding operations, admissions, and progress.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for children.

• Coordinate events, activities, and day-to-day center requirements.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for working with young children

• Ability to manage staff and interact confidently with parents

• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and communication

• Prior experience in preschool/teaching/center coordination preferred

• Leadership and organizational skills

• Responsible, proactive, and child-friendly personality
