Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day centre operations
• Lead and manage teachers & support staff
• Monitor academic quality and classroom standards
• Ensure child safety, hygiene and centre discipline
• Handle parent communication and concerns
• Manage enquiries, school tours, follow-ups and admissions
• Monitor lead conversion and support centre growth
• Maintain proper records, reports and SOPs
• Plan and coordinate events and parent engagement activities
• Work closely with the Managing Director on centre performance
We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of experience in preschool/school management preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of early childhood education
• Excellent organisational and people-management skills
• Parent counselling and admissions experience preferred
• Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented
• Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told
