Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales executives.
Provide product knowledge training related to barcode, labeling, and technology solutions.
Train the sales team on sales strategies, customer handling, and closing techniques.
Guide and mentor Business Executives to improve their performance and confidence.
Develop training materials, presentations, and learning modules for the sales team.
Monitor sales team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Assist management in evaluating sales skills and identifying training needs.
Conduct regular refresher training sessions for the team.
Support the onboarding process of new sales employees.
