We are seeking an inspiring and competent Principal to lead our academic and administrative teams. The ideal candidate will uphold the Cambridge ethos, foster a positive school culture, and drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and overall school performance. The Principal will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of a world-class educational experience to our students.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership aligned with the vision and mission of the school

• Supervise and support teaching, non-teaching, and administrative staff

• Implement and monitor Cambridge International Curriculum effectively

• Ensure student discipline, safety, and well-being

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive school environment

• Maintain open communication with parents and the wider community

• Lead school improvement initiatives and manage school accreditation processes

• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and infrastructure development

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education / Educational Leadership / Administration (mandatory)

• Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed. or equivalent)

• Relevant certifications in school leadership (preferred)

📚 Experience

• Minimum 0 to 3years of teaching experience

• Minimum 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator)

• Prior experience in a Cambridge or international curriculum school (highly preferred)
