We are looking for a dedicated Primary Teacher & Academic Coordinator to join our team at Vision Xpert Academy. The candidate should have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both teaching and administrative responsibilities.
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Key Responsibilities:
Teaching Responsibilities
Conduct classes for primary students in various subjects.
Prepare lesson plans and learning materials.
Assess, track, and report student progress.
Provide constructive feedback and academic support.
Teach study skills, note-taking techniques, and exam preparation strategies.
Create an interactive, engaging, and positive learning environment.
Academic Coordinator Responsibilities
Handle student and parent inquiries professionally.
Conduct admission counseling and convert inquiries into admissions.
Make follow-up calls to prospective parents and students.
Maintain admission records and student databases.
Coordinate with teachers and management regarding academic activities.
Assist in planning events, workshops, and educational programs.
Ensure smooth day-to-day academic operations.
Promote academy programs through online and offline marketing activities.
Handle social media updates and local promotional campaigns.
Support student enrollment and retention initiatives.
Build positive relationships with parents and students.
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage teaching and administrative tasks effectively.
Leadership and team management skills will be an added advantage.
