Position: Primary Teacher (Class 4th–6th)

About the Role

Numetry Academy is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and student-focused teacher to teach all subjects for Classes 4th to 6th. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent subject knowledge, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach all subjects to students of Classes 4th–6th.

- Prepare and deliver interactive, concept-based lessons.

- Complete the syllabus on time as per the academic calendar.

- Conduct regular class tests, worksheets, and assessments.

- Monitor students' academic progress and provide individual attention.

- Maintain discipline and encourage positive classroom behavior.

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance.

- Prepare lesson plans and maintain academic records.

- Participate in PTMs, academic meetings, and academy activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.) with B.Ed. preferred.

- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience (Freshers with excellent teaching skills may also apply).

- Strong command over English and Hindi.

- Good classroom management and communication skills.

- Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.

Preferred Skills

- Ability to make learning fun and interactive.

- Basic computer knowledge and smart classroom teaching skills.

- Positive attitude, patience, and teamwork.
