Primary Teacher

We are looking for a Primary Teacher to join our team at Aquantrix Private Limited with a strong background in one or more academic subjects. The tutor/teacher will be responsible to develop lesson plans and teach students according to their educational needs. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹6000 - ₹8000 and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tutoring sessions for students in various subjects.

• Assess, track and report on student progress.

• Provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques.

• Teach students study skills, note-taking skills and test-taking strategies.

• Prepare students for standardized tests and examinations.

• Encourage interactive and collaborative learning in sessions.

• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. Applicants should have leadership experience and honed skills in areas like test preparations, special education etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

Teach one or more subjects to students from Classes 6 to 12.

Conduct lessons in a simple, clear, and engaging manner.

Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.

Offer academic and emotional support as needed.

Coordinate with the NGO Santosh team for planning and development.

Encourage curiosity, discipline, and self-confidence in students.
