Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, patient, and creative Pre-School Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The teacher will be responsible for nurturing young minds, creating a safe and engaging learning environment, and supporting the overall development of children aged 2–5 years.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
Create a safe, warm, and inclusive classroom environment.
Teach basic skills such as colors, shapes, numbers, letters, and social skills.
Encourage creativity through art, music, storytelling, and play.
Monitor and record each child’s progress and development.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding child performance and behavior.
Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization.
Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques.
Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and annual day programs.
Follow school policies and early childhood education guidelines.
