Preschool Teacher

Position: Preschool Teacher Location: Avadi, Chennai Employment Type: Full Time

Position Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our preschool teaching team. The role offers a rewarding opportunity to work with young children during their most formative years. Key Responsibilities:

·         Support and contribute to each child’s learning, growth, and developmental journey.

·         Design and deliver age-appropriate educational activities in alignment with early childhood development standards.

·         Promote a positive learning environment focused on emotional, social, and intellectual development.

·         Manage both small and large student groups effectively in a classroom setting.

·         Encourage curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving through interactive teaching methods.

·         Serve as a nurturing role model to young learners and encourage positive behaviours.

·         Prioritize and ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all students.

·         Adapt quickly to deliver a range of subject matters and classroom tasks.

·         Maintain clear and respectful communication with children, including handling sensitive topics appropriately.

·         Follow all institutional processes, safety protocols, and curriculum guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree in B.A. English Literature OR Master’s degree in M.A. English Literature.

·         Experience: Open to both fresher and experienced candidates.

·         Language Skills: Strong English fluency is mandatory.

·         Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

·         Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, patience, empathy, and teamwork.

Additional Details:

·         Working Hours: 08:00 AM to 03.30PM

·         Joining Date: Immediate joiners preferred.

·         Location Preference: Priority will be given to candidates residing within a 6-kilometer radius of the preschool.
