We are looking for a Preschool Teacher to join our team at Tot Schools Learning Solutions Private Limited with expertise in one or more academic subjects. In this position, you will create lesson plans and guide students based on their learning needs. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹30000.
Daycare teachers are responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for small children, focusing on developmental, social, and emotional growth. Key duties include care of very small children as top responsibility and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, maintaining classroom hygiene and safety, monitoring child development, and maintaining regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress.
Safety and Supervision: Ensure constant, active supervision of children to maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment (e.g. toys, managing classroom organization).
Child Care and Hygiene: Assist staff with basic needs, including feeding/meals, diapering, toilet training, and hygiene routines.
Parent Communication: write regular communication with parents application regarding daily updates, child progress, and developmental milestones.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Typically a Montessori, NTT, or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
Preferred Certifications: Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification.
Attributes: Patience, creativity, English communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with small children.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sessions to help students learn and improve in various subjects.
Monitor and report on students' academic progress.
Use positive feedback to motivate students.
Teach effective study habits and prepare students for exams.
Promote an interactive and engaging learning environment.
Ensure a safe and supportive space for students to grow.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. Strong leadership skills and experience in areas like test preparation & special education are highly desirable.
