Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Curriculum Development & Instruction: Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans covering early literacy, numbers, shapes, colors, and science.

Social & Emotional Growth: Foster an environment that teaches children how to interact with peers, share, build empathy, and develop self-esteem.

Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment; manage daily routines including snacks, meals, playtime, and naps.

Child Assessment: Observe, track, and document developmental milestones and progress, then report these findings to parents.

Safety & Supervision: Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, providing necessary care and immediate attention during accidents.

Engagement: Utilize various teaching methods, such as storytelling, educational games, and, in some cases, technology like tablets or interactive whiteboards.
