Job Title: Assistant Pre-Primary Teacher

About the Role
After School Club House (ASCH) is looking for a passionate, caring, and energetic Assistant Pre-Primary Teacher to support our skill-based learning programs for children aged 2.5 to 8 years. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with young children and have a basic understanding of phonics and early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the lead teacher in conducting engaging and interactive classes.
Support children during phonics, reading, writing, art, and other skill-based activities.
Help children develop communication, social, and motor skills in a positive learning environment.
Conduct small group activities and provide individual attention when required.
Prepare teaching aids, learning materials, and classroom resources.
Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and child safety.
Observe children’s progress and share feedback with the lead teacher.
Build positive relationships with children and parents.
Assist during events, workshops, assessments, and parent meetings.
Follow the curriculum and teaching methods designed by ASCH.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred).
Basic knowledge of Phonics is mandatory.
Good spoken English and communication skills.
Passion for working with young children.
Patient, creative, energetic, and responsible.
Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Jolly Phonics or any structured phonics program.
Classroom management skills.
Creativity in conducting fun learning activities.
Basic computer skills.
