We have openings Preschool Teacher for International school at Thane West

Salary - Upto 25K Per month

Education : Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECCEd) or equivalent

Experience : 1 to 3 years as a preschool teacher preferred

Key Responsibilities :

1. Teaching & Learning

- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities.

- Use play-based, experiential, and creative teaching methods to engage children.

- Assess and track each child’s progress and development.

2. Classroom Management

- Maintain a safe, organized, and positive learning environment.

- Encourage positive behavior, social skills, and independence.

- Manage classroom resources, learning materials, and activity setups.

3. Parent Engagement

- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress.

- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide guidance on early childhood development.

- Address parent queries and concerns professionally.

4. Professional Development & Collaboration

- Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff for coordinated learning experiences.

- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and school activities.

- Stay updated with the latest early childhood education methodologies.

Skillsets :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creativity, patience, and passion for teaching young children.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office or digital learning tools is a plus.

Age Criteria - Between 25 to 40 Years

Work Timings : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
