Preschool Teacher

We are seeking a passionate, caring, and creative Preschool Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will foster children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development through age-appropriate activities and play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans based on the preschool curriculum.

• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

• Monitor and assess each child's progress and maintain accurate records.

• Encourage good behavior using positive discipline techniques.

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and well-being.

• Organize classroom activities, events, and learning materials.

• Ensure children's health, hygiene, and safety at all times.

• Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to enhance the learning experience.

• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.

• Diploma/Certification in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori, ECCEd, or equivalent is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting (freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
