Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and caring Preschool Teacher who loves working with young children. The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children aged 2–6 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
Conduct circle time, storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, and concept-based learning.
Ensure classroom discipline and maintain a positive environment.
Provide individual attention to each child.
Monitor and record children’s progress.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development.
Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and activities.
Maintain classroom materials and ensure cleanliness and safety.
Follow school policies and curriculum guidelines.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (English & local language preferred).
Creativity and enthusiasm.
Patience and strong classroom management skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Preferred)
