Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct interactive lessons aligned with Yatha’s blended curriculum.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

• Support development in language, literacy, numeracy, art, music, and movement.

• Foster social-emotional growth and positive behaviour through play and structured learning.

• Observe and document each child’s progress and communicate with parents through regular updates.

• Maintain classroom safety, cleanliness, and organization.

• Participate actively in school events, celebrations, and teacher workshops.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in preschool or early learning settings preferred.

• NTT / Montessori / Early Childhood Education certification desirable.

• Strong communication, creativity, and classroom management skills.

• Patient, empathetic, and passionate about nurturing young learners.
