Preschool Teacher

We are looking for a passionate, caring, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our school team. The ideal candidate should love working with young children and be committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement lesson plans and activities aligned with our lesson plan according to our education standards

• Foster emotional, social, physical, intellectual, and creative development of children

• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment

• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress regularly

• Encourage positive behavior and social skills through constructive guidance

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development and daily activities

• Maintain classroom discipline, hygiene, and safety at all times

• Participate in school events, trainings, meetings, and professional development programs

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / Degree

• Prior teaching experience in a preschool or school is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Basic computer skills are an added advantage
