Working Hours: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Working Days: Monday–Saturday

About the Role

Athletots Sports Preschool is looking for a passionate, energetic, and caring Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with young children and be comfortable in an active, sports-focused preschool environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate preschool learning activities.

• Create a safe, positive, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.

• Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.

• Conduct storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, music, and other classroom activities.

• Encourage children to participate in movement and sports-based activities.

• Maintain classroom discipline, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding children's progress.

• Maintain daily attendance, activity records, and other classroom documentation.

• Work collaboratively with sports coaches and the preschool team.

• Participate in school events, celebrations, and special activities.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate qualification is mandatory.

• Prior experience in preschool/early-childhood education is preferred.

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Warm, patient, responsible, and child-friendly personality.

• Energetic and comfortable working in an active preschool environment.

• Good classroom management and teamwork skills.

• Candidates who genuinely enjoy working with young children are preferred.
