Role Summary:
Responsible for teaching, supervising, and supporting young children through play-based and activity-based learning in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate lessons, storytelling, rhymes, and activities.

• Ensure safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being of children.

• Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging learning space.

• Monitor and document child progress and daily attendance.

• Communicate regularly with parents and participate in PTMs.

• Collaborate with co-teachers and attend training sessions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication, patience, creativity, and love for children.

• Graduate with NTT / Montessori / ECCE training preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge for documentation.
