Day Care Assistant Teacher

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Location: Vibgyor high school , Haralur branch

Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic Day Care Assistant Teacher to support the daily care, safety, and development of young children in a nurturing and child-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the main teacher in conducting age-appropriate learning activities and play-based sessions.

- Ensure the safety, well-being, and supervision of children throughout the day.

- Support children with meals, snacks, personal hygiene, and other daily routines.

- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom and activity areas.

- Encourage children's social, emotional, and communication skills.

- Assist with storytelling, rhymes, art and craft, and indoor and outdoor activities.

- Communicate professionally with parents and report any concerns to the concerned teacher or coordinator.

- Follow school policies, child protection guidelines, and health and safety procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: PUC / 12th pass or above; a qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) is preferred.

- Experience: Prior experience in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting is preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- A patient, caring, and child-friendly attitude.

- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000, depending on qualification and experience.

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
