Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Montessori-based lessons that support children's cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages independent learning.

• Prepare and maintain Montessori learning materials and classroom activities.

• Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and developmental milestones.

• Encourage curiosity, creativity, problem-solving, and self-discipline among students.

• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and developmental needs.

• Organize classroom activities, celebrations, and educational events.

• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom.

• Promote good manners, social skills, and emotional intelligence through daily interactions.

• Maintain attendance records, lesson plans, and student portfolios.

• Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching strategies and classroom outcomes.

• Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.

• Follow school policies, child protection guidelines, and Montessori teaching principles.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certification in Montessori Teacher Training (MTT/NTT) or equivalent.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or any relevant field is preferred.

• Prior experience in a Montessori or preschool setting is an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
