Job Description
Ekasmai School and Child Care Rehabilitation Centre, Ranchi, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Special Educator to join our team. The candidate will work closely with children with diverse learning and developmental needs and help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct individualized educational and learning activities for children.
Assess children’s learning and developmental needs and track their progress.
Develop and implement appropriate intervention strategies.
Maintain proper records and documentation of children’s progress.
Coordinate with parents and other professionals involved in the child’s development.
Work collaboratively with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Therapists and other team members.
Support children in developing academic, social, communication and functional skills.
Promote an inclusive, safe and compassionate learning environment.
Educational Qualification
Diploma in Special Education – Preferred.
Graduates and Postgraduates in Psychology will also be given preference.
Candidates with relevant qualifications or experience in special education, child development or related fields may apply.
