Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Toddler Teacher to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for working with young children and be able to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment that supports their overall growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities for toddlers.
Create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Encourage creativity through storytelling, music, art, games, and play-based learning.
Monitor each child's progress and maintain daily records.
Ensure the health, safety, and hygiene of children at all times.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development and daily activities.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to organize classroom and school events.
Maintain classroom discipline with patience and positive reinforcement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE), NTT, Montessori, or a related field is preferred.
1–3 years of experience as a Toddler Teacher or Preschool Teacher.
Freshers with relevant qualifications and a passion for teaching may also apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, creative, energetic, and caring personality.
