The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating a warm, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons, activities, and routines that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.Key Responsibilities:• Plan and conduct daily classroom activities following the preschool curriculum.• Create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment.• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and positive social interaction among children.• Teach basic concepts such as colors, shapes, numbers, and letters through play-based learning.• Maintain proper classroom discipline and routines.• Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress and development.• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and well-being.• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the classroom and play areas.• Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff.Qualifications & Skills:• Graduate (preferably with a background in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Training).• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a preschool setting (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Patience, creativity, and a love for working with young children.• Ability to manage classroom activities effectively and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.•Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children•Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem•Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments.•Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times.•Track children’s progress and report to parents.• Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children’s background and psyche.⁠• Collaborate with other educators.Work Schedule:• Monday to Saturdays• Timings: 9:00AM to 3:00PMThere is an immediate opening for My Chhota School Pre School Teacher.You can expect a salary of ₹10000- ₹12000 per month.Only Female candidates can apply for this Teacher job.
