A Preschool Teacher nurtures children aged 2–6 years by creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment. The role focuses on early childhood development through play‑based and structured learning, while building strong communication with parents and collaboration with staff.
Key Responsibilities
Lesson Planning: Conduct age‑appropriate activities in language, math, art, music, and motor skills.
Classroom Management: Maintain discipline with warmth, patience, and creativity.
Child Development: Observe and record progress, adapt teaching methods, and support holistic growth.
Parent Communication: Share updates, conduct PTMs, and guide parents on extending learning at home.
Holistic Growth: Encourage social skills, empathy, teamwork, and emotional stability.
Collaboration: Work with staff to coordinate events, curriculum, and child welfare initiatives.
Communication skills in English and local language.
Patience, empathy, creativity, and adaptability.
Prior experience in preschool or early childhood teaching preferred.
