About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to join our academic team in Kota, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be capable of delivering engaging, activity-based learning experiences both offline and online. The candidate must be comfortable using digital teaching tools and conducting interactive online classes for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and interactive classes for Pre-Primary students (Nursery to UKG).
Deliver lessons using activity-based and play-way teaching methodologies.
Conduct online classes effectively using digital platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
Use digital boards, smart boards, and other educational technologies to enhance learning.
Plan and execute online and classroom activities, storytelling sessions, rhymes, and creative projects.
Create a positive, child-friendly, and nurturing learning environment.
Monitor and assess students' academic and developmental progress.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and progress.
Maintain student records, attendance, and lesson plans.
Participate in school events, parent meetings, and academic planning activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline; NTT/Montessori/ECCE certification preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Prior experience in Pre-Primary teaching is preferred.
Proficiency in using Digital Boards/Smart Boards and online teaching tools.
Ability to conduct engaging online activities and virtual classroom sessions.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Creative, patient, energetic, and passionate about working with young children.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Fluent in English communication.
Tech-savvy with experience in online teaching.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Kota, Rajasthan are encouraged to apply.
