About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on classroom experience and a deep understanding of Montessori principles, fostering a nurturing, creative, and child-cantered learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Teachers can tailor lessons to individual needs and guide children in their learning journey.
Guide children in their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development following Montessori methods.
Observe and assess each child’s progress, documenting milestones and learning outcomes.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and development.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall school mission and culture.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being of all children in the classroom.

Requirements:

6 months to 2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori or preschool setting.
Excellent communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
