Job Title: Robotics Trainer
Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Robotics Trainer to teach students robotics, coding, electronics, and STEM concepts through hands-on activities and project-based learning. The trainer will conduct engaging classroom sessions, inspire creativity, and help students develop problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct robotics and coding classes for school students.
Teach programming using platforms such as Arduino, Micro:bit, Scratch, and Python (as required).
Guide students in building and programming robotics projects.
Prepare lesson plans, activities, and project demonstrations.
Maintain robotics kits, tools, and laboratory equipment.
Support students in competitions, exhibitions, and STEM events.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment.
Coordinate with school staff and management regarding class schedules and progress.
Submit attendance, reports, and other required documentation on time.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of robotics, electronics, and embedded systems.
Experience with Arduino, Micro:bit, sensors, motors, and basic IoT.
Familiarity with Scratch, Python, or C/C++ programming.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, or a related field.
Experience in teaching robotics/STEM is preferred.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a passion for teaching may also apply.
