About the Role

Mahendra Academy is looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Physics Faculty to join the academic team. Responsible for delivering high-quality lectures and preparing students for board and competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Physics to students preparing for board exams and competitive exams (JEE/NEET level preferred).
Plan and deliver structured lectures as per the curriculum.
Prepare study materials, notes, assignments, and test papers.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.
Evaluate student performance through regular tests and assessments.
Provide academic mentorship and guidance to students.
Maintain discipline and an engaging classroom environment.
Ensure timely completion of syllabus.
Participate in academic planning and institutional activities.

Required Skills

Strong conceptual knowledge of Physics
Excellent teaching and communication skills
Ability to simplify complex numerical and theoretical concepts
Strong classroom management skills
Student-focused and result-driven approach

Qualification

B.Sc / M.Sc in Physics
B.Ed preferred (not mandatory)

Experience

1–3 years of teaching experience in school or coaching institute
Experience in teaching JEE / NEET / Board-level Physics will be an advantage

Preferred Profile

Passionate about teaching and mentoring students
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a disciplined academic environment
