Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Training

  • Plan and conduct physical education classes as per the academic curriculum.

  • Train students in various indoor and outdoor sports and physical activities.

  • Teach rules, techniques, and safety measures related to sports and games.

  • Encourage student participation and maintain discipline during sessions.

Fitness & Health

  • Promote physical fitness, health awareness, and active lifestyle habits.

  • Monitor students’ physical development and performance.

  • Identify and nurture sports talent among students.

Sports Events & Activities

  • Organize inter-house, inter-school, and inter-college sports events.

  • Prepare teams for competitions at district, state, and national levels.

  • Assist in conducting annual sports day and fitness programs.

Safety & Discipline

  • Ensure safe use of sports equipment and facilities.

  • Provide first aid assistance during injuries and emergencies.

  • Maintain order, discipline, and ethical sports conduct.
