Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Computer Science Teacher to teach Grade 11 students. The ideal candidate should have a strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and prior experience handling PGT classes.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Computer Science to Grade 11 students according to the prescribed curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
Explain programming concepts, computer fundamentals, and practical applications effectively.
Conduct practical sessions and guide students in laboratory activities.
Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
Monitor students’ academic progress and provide individual support when required.
Maintain classroom discipline and encourage student participation.
Coordinate with other teachers and school management regarding academic activities.
Maintain academic records and communicate students’ progress to parents when required.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Computer Science at the PGT level.
A relevant postgraduate qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
B.Ed. qualification preferred or as required by the applicable recruitment norms.
Strong knowledge of Computer Science concepts and programming.
Excellent communication, classroom management, and teaching skills.
Ability to prepare students for academic assessments and examinations.
