Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Teacher to educate, guide, and mentor nursing students. The candidate will be responsible for delivering theoretical knowledge and practical training, ensuring students are prepared to provide high-quality patient care and meet professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, demonstrations, and practical sessions in nursing subjects.

• Design and update curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching materials as per regulatory standards (INC/State Nursing Council).

• Supervise students during clinical postings, ensuring adherence to patient safety and ethical practices.

• Assess, evaluate, and provide feedback on students’ academic and clinical performance.

• Guide students in projects, case studies, and research work.

• Maintain records of attendance, grades, and progress reports.

• Promote professional values, ethics, and evidence-based practice among students.

• Collaborate with other faculty members and healthcare staff for continuous curriculum improvement.

• Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and faculty development programs.

• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with advancements in nursing practice and education.

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
