We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and creative Nursery Teacher to nurture and educate young children in a safe and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colors, shapes, and rhymes.
Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
Encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Monitor and assess each child's progress and maintain records.
Maintain classroom discipline using positive teaching methods.
Organize creative activities, storytelling, music, games, and art & craft sessions.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and development.
Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children.
Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Diploma/Certificate in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE), or Montessori Training preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or school.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
